How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and any personalisation requirements. Our current lead time for in-stock orders is up to 21 working days, although many orders may be completed sooner. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you of any unexpected delays.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Do you deliver throughout the UK?
Yes, we deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the products ordered. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Will all orders be dispatched immediately?
We dispatch orders as soon as possible but not all items are stocked in our warehouse. Some items need to be ordered from our suppliers and we also require time for decorating the garments if that service is required. Please allow up to 21 working days for your order to be completed before we dispatch your order.
How long will my order take to be personalised?
If you’ve chosen to personalise your order, please allow up to an extra 7 working days before we can ship your order. This is because we need time to add the personalisation you requested. We need this time to ensure your decoration is both correct and of the highest quality.
My Order hasn’t arrived - Tracking is showing as delivered - What do I do?
Check with your neighbours and in any safe places, check if you have proof of delivery via your tracking number. If you’re still unable to locate your order, please don’t worry. Just contact us and we’ll investigate to get your order to you as fast as possible.

What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer a range of decoration methods including embroidery, vinyl printing, heat transfer printing, and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Our team will recommend the most suitable option for your logo and garment choice.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
For the best print results, we recommend vector artwork files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. If you do not have artwork in one of these formats, our team can recreate or set up your logo for production. Artwork setup charges may apply.
Will I receive an artwork proof before production?
Yes. We can provide a digital artwork proof for approval before production begins, ensuring you're happy with the design, colours and placement.
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes. Once your artwork has been approved and set up, we retain it for future orders, making repeat purchases quicker and easier.
What is embroidery digitising?
Digitising is the process of converting your logo into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read. This ensures your logo is reproduced accurately on garments.

Many Joma products are sourced directly from the Joma warehouse in Spain. While we hold a selection of Joma stock ourselves, some items may need to be specially ordered, which can increase lead times.
Do you hold Joma stock in the UK?
Yes. We hold a selection of Joma products in stock; however, not all styles, colours, and sizes are available from our warehouse. Additional stock may need to be sourced directly from Joma.
Are Joma sizes different from UK sizing?

Yes. Most Joma products can be customised with embroidery, print, names, numbers, sponsor logos, and other branding options.
