Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification email from us. You will be able to track your order using the tracking number on this notification email or alternatively you can email us for an update on your order. Please note however that once we dispatch your order we are unable to contact the courier to chase the delivery of your order but rest assured our chosen couriers are working as hard as possible to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

What couriers are used?

We currently use Royal Mail Tracked services and Parcelforce Express services for larger orders.

Will all orders be dispatched immediately?

We dispatch orders as soon as possible but not all items are stocked in our warehouse. Some items need to be ordered from our suppliers and we also require time for decorating the garments if that service is required. Please allow up to 21 working days for your order to be completed before we dispatch your order.

How long will my order take to be personalised?

If you’ve chosen to personalise your order, please allow up to an extra 7 working days before we can ship your order. This is because we need time to add the personalisation you requested. We need this time to ensure your decoration is both correct and of the highest quality.

My Order hasn’t arrived - Tracking is showing as delivered - What do I do?

Check with your neighbours and in any safe places, check if you have proof of delivery via your tracking number. If you’re still unable to locate your order, please don’t worry. Just contact us and we’ll investigate to get your order to you as fast as possible.
